Edit: (On reflection…there wasn’t much that needed to be transformed. Although I now have bigger tits then Lain. Hooray!)

I hope this is a photoshopped toy, but the sinking feeling in my gut tells me it’s not. The only thing that could possibly make this worse is nipple fur. Is it a man baby or a lady baby, do you think?
